Continuous Integrity Monitoring Where ILI Cannot Go
A permanently installed sensing clamp on the external pipeline surface. No surface preparation. No shutdown. No pig required.

Innervate Node is a non-intrusive, multi-parameter sensing clamp that provides continuous direct measurement of wall thickness, internal pressure, and temperature at defined intervals along the pipeline. Installed on the external pipe surface by field crew or authorised installation contractors, Node delivers the spatial measurement data that anchors Horizon's prediction model — reducing uncertainty as operational data accumulates.
Where historical ILI data exists, Node supplements it with continuous between-run monitoring. Where pipelines are unpiggable, Node provides the measurement baseline that would otherwise not exist.

Built for the Field
Key Differentiators
Why Node is Different
Not another periodic spot-check. Continuous, spatially-resolved, and permanently installed.
Multi-Parameter, Single Clamp
Pressure, temperature, and wall thickness from one installation point. Not three separate devices requiring three separate maintenance schedules.
Spatial Measurement, Not Point Measurement
Force-sensitive ring elements provide spatially-resolved data along the sensing zone — not a single-point reading extrapolated across the segment.
Hazardous Area Certified
ATEX classified for deployment in hazardous zones. IP68 enclosure rated for harsh environments including offshore-adjacent and desert conditions.
Permanently Installed, Remotely Managed
No recurring mobilisation costs. No periodic retrieval. Remote configuration and deactivation at contract end.
